Rebate99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the rebate99 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering an account or using any of our services. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rebate99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use rebate99's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not listed under any self-exclusion programme by a relevant institution.
  • Accessing the platform from locations where such services are legally permitted under local law.

Rebate99 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on rebate99. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — including the use of different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. rebate99 is not liable for any losses arising from the submission of false or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The confidentiality of your password and account login details.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
  • Notify rebate99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The platform uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit; however, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and network environment when accessing the platform.

Payments, Transactions, and Fund Management

All transactions on the rebate99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rebate99 does not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed by the platform.

Deposit

Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via FPX, Boost eWallet, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are typically credited within two to ten minutes of payment confirmation. rebate99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's FAQ section. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the rebate99 account holder. rebate99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

Rebate99 platform users are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or actions that harm other users is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate betting or game outcomes.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
  • Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
  • Conducting any money laundering activities through the platform.

Rebate99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Rebate99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity failures. rebate99's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rebate99 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of rebate99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from the platform without prior written permission.

These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply any endorsement or responsibility by rebate99 for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Rebate99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if you breach these terms, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for unlawful activities or activities that are harmful to the platform. In the event of a suspension, you will be notified via your registered email and given the opportunity to appeal. Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

Changes to These Terms

Rebate99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
